BIAS, THEY DISHONEST, AND DONT OWN UP TO MISTAKES.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I GAINED KNOWLEDGE OF THE PLACE 2/6/23 I CALLED THEM 2/8 & 2/9 LEFT VOICEMAILS NOONE RETURNED MY CALLED. SO THIS MORNING 2/14 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY CHILD DOCTOR OFFICE SAYING INTROSPECTION & REFLECTION SENT OVER A LETTER SAYING THEY HAD BEEN ATTEMPTING TO CALL ME BUT I NEVER ANSWERED KEEP IN MIND I ASKED FOR THIS APPOINTMENT SO WHY WOULDNT I ANSWER.. SO I CALL THE OWNER DAYSHA, SHE MADE EVERY EXCUSE FOR THIS MISINFORMATION. THEN ATTEMPTED TO SAY THAT I SOUND LIKE THE LADY HER OFFICE MANAGER CALLED THREE WEEKS AGO AND THAT THE LADY WAS RUDE SO THEY DIDNT ACCEPT HER CHILD APPOINTMENT SO I TRY TO TELL HER IT WAS ME PLUS HER OFFICE SAID THEY HADNT GOT IN CONTACT WITH ME AND INSTEAD OF HER STOP AND THINKING OR CONTACT HER OFFICE MANAGER SHE JUST ASSUME ITS ME. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT AS THIS SITUATION IS NOT ABOUT ME, DAYSHA NOR THE OFFICE MANAGER IT IS ABOUT HOLLYN. IF YOU ARE A PARENT IN NEED OF GENUINE HELP FOR YOUR CHILD THIS ISNT THE PLACE.
