I informed the office in December 2023 that I had no longer had insurance, that's all I should need to do I would think. I was seen in February and paid $200 towards what they said was a balance of about $290, I called two weeks later when I got paid again to pay the remaining amount and was told TWICE that I had no balance. Then in March I get a statement that shows $0 paid towards my account. I inquired about this on March 25th and was told someone from billing would reach out to me by the end of the week. Then I was told that they were trying to get insurance to pay. I told them again, I do not have insurance. I was then told they would have to go back and adjust past charges to reflect this. What?? I asked for a detailed statement for the past 6 months. This email was ignored, twice. It's now 3 weeks later and I have not gotten an answer on who pocketed the $200 that I proved I paid nor any response at all to my concerns.

I love Doc Jahuar. She found out the true cause of my condition that other “specialists” did not find. She is a great doctor and even if I move out of Savannah I stiill go to her. She is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable doctor. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
