The staff and doctors treat the patients like a herd of animals in this clinic. No respect at all. My appointment was at 10am on 3/11/2022. At 10:40am the staff told me that I had to wait another 40 minutes before the doctor could see me. Imagine waiting for one and half hours for a 15 minute doctor visit! When I told them that this was just too long, one of the nurses told me that this was normal in a very rude manner. I would stay away from this practice as much as I can.

This is not a reflection on Dr. Mullins but the office in general. My husband had an at home sleep study done. He returned the equipment a few days later. They scheduled him for a conference call to discuss the results of the study and confirmed several times prior. He sat on the call for one hour only to hang up without speaking to anyone. He called the office and they said "oh, sorry the person who was supposed to read the study was out". Fast forward it has now been 4 days since that call was supposed to happen and we still do not have an appointment to received the results and have had very little communication, only to say it was this persons fault. So I guess for all their offices they only have one person who reads the studies? Not good business practices!!!
