When I got to my scheduled appointment I was told the person I was to see was not in that day and I would have to reschedule. I said, 'Well why didn't someone call and let me know because I have to use my Medicare 'ride service' to get here so this was just a waste of 2 rides. Of course they had to go through the TYPICAL 'oh we're so sorry . . .' There is no excuse for this kind of so-called service for a business that thinks so highly of themselves!

Great service
I have had a kidney removed by Dr. Swavely. The outcome has been great. Follow-up appointments are through and informative. The staff, Mitzi was pleasant and through. Dr. Swavely is great and came highly recommended.
