This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing healthcare experience. The staff has been unprofessional and incompetent, making it nearly impossible to even get through to speak with someone. I've had to call numerous times just to reach a real person, and even then, my concerns have often been overlooked or mishandled.My visit on 3/22/24 should have been straightforward, but it turned into a nightmare of delayed results and prescription mishaps. Despite being sent for a mammogram, it took nearly a month for anyone to follow up with me about scheduling a follow-up appointment. Even then, my prescriptions weren't called in until weeks later, leaving me without necessary medication for an extended period.When I finally managed to discuss my mammogram results with a healthcare provider, it was clear they were ill-prepared and uninformed. The lack of communication and organization within the office meant that crucial information about my health concerns, such as discomfort
