My Mom has been going here for a good while. She has been having horrible panic attacks. She called four days ago and told them clearly how bad she was doing. She even told them she was to the point that she needed to be hospitalized. The person she spoke to seemed very concerned they were going to let her doctor know and she would get a call back. Unfortunately she never got that call back. The people that she has paid to help her, the people she trusted were not there for her when she needed them the most. As a caregiver I am very concerned that people who do not have people caring for them may be treated the same way. Fortunately I am here for my Mom and we will be getting help from a different group. When patients call asking for help they shouldn't be ignored. if you just need counseling the counselors have been awesome. If you need medication and more care go somewhere else.
