Appointment Cancellation
Appointment was cancelled without any form of cancellation notification due to ALL providers being off for Spring Break. Was told a text message went out with a reschedule date that also never was received after confirming the phone # it was “sent” to. Haven’t been happy the past few visits with wait time (45 mins after apt time), front office staff being unfriendly, phone calls not received back. Called and made new appointments with Conyers office.
