Caritas Medical is Elite
I have been a patient at Caritas Medical center for several years now and the staff are always professional and courteous. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time and Dr. Leo Ovadje takes the time to sit down with me answering all of my questions and explains the test results and potential issues that may arise that I am able to prevent. Furthermore whenever I run out of my prescription the staff are on point and very responsive to remedy the issue.

What stood out to me was the friendliness of each person I came in contact with. How Dr. Daniels took his time to discuss my condition. I did not feel rushed nor ignored. A friendly staff is an organization’s face and heart of the company. A person with health issues are already anxious and unsure. A friendly experience can soothe their experience.

Awesome Doctor with great personality.
Office staff checking in Dr. Parks patients could use a little sunshine in her personality. That is the 1st person all of his patients meet. Got to remember that patient or their insurance pays their paycheck. That should give them a reason to smile.

Always Stress Free Care
Went in for Lab work preceding a planned doctor visit. The staff is always courteous and friendly. When you have an appointment, you get called in on time. The blood draw was quick and painless.
