Piedmont Physicians Breast Specialist at PHH

I was very sceptical about going to any office associated with Henry Medical Center as this facility has had a terrible reputation, including my own experiences. I go to Eagles Landing OB/GYN for many years. When they found the mass I was frightened, of course, especially when my Doctor used Henry Medical Center. I went to PHH twice, both experiences were very positive!! The entire staff is wonderful, so friendly and upbeat. I just had a Core Biopsy done yesterday. I loved the doctor and nurse that did my procedure. Everyone I have been involved with has been the greatest!! I did have problems getting someone to answer the phone every time I had to call there which was so aggravating. No return calls either. I spoke with a supervisor named Lorie who seemed very concerned about that situation. They really made me feel special and they were quick and kept up with the time. I have changed my opinion about the facility, at least this part so far. Great experience.
