I want to shout out the entire staff. I am back and forth from Mexico to the States as my wife and I are going through the marriage visa process. I suffer from daily chronic pain that leaves me unable to function without certain medicines for migraines I can't get in Mexico. My Last visit, there was a mix-up at pharmacy and I had to call multiple times a day to Aylo and pharacy to get a new prescription and the provider ( Christina Jackson) was always polite along with every staff member genuinely trying to help and their help GOT IT DONE, it was more than 'sir we are trying our best' which I've had at other places. I called many times over 4 days, andoffice manager even got involved to help solve the obstacle of talking with the pharmacy. Never got any resistance. only helpful attitudes. And I have a one year old son I need to be present for which the medicine helps make it possible on an almost daily basis. Thank you to all Aylo staff members, Dr. Jackson, & office manager.
