North Atlanta Primary Care

I have been a patient at this facility for a very long time. However, I am now seriously considering looking elsewhere. I was a long time patient of Dr. Reingold, who was exceptional, but who retired, so I continued with Dr Alli Hemingway here, although it is quite far from where I live. Alli is a great care provider, and I have no complaints about her at all. However, NAPC’s patient portal is horrible, and it is impossible to contact the physician directly except during an office visit, especially when you are asking for Rx refills. Often, the requests are intercepted by staff other than the physician, who are clueless and rude, and deny legitimate refill requests with curt and rude replies for no good reason, whereas if the request somehow reaches Dr. Alli (after multiple tries), she has no problem with it at all. This often results in delayed Rxs, which is unacceptable. Also, Rx renewal requests made by pharmacies are routinely ignored. In spite of a good doctor, I am reconsidering.
