Too busy to care
The nurses are great but that's about it. The charge nurse spent the whole night snapping at patients and gossiping about how patients were 'whining.' Well, when you deny one lady the ability to pump, and another lady the right to relieve herself; they're going to whine. We sat and watched patients beg for help, for a doctor, and for answers. The wait times are ridiculous, 4 hours on holidays and 1-2 any other night. When you're in pain, that's a long time to wait only to be greeted by a doctor too busy for you and a snippy charge nurse.
