Healing Tides Primary Care

I first established care with Dr. Shauna Raboteau about seven months ago. At that time, Healing Tides Primary Care, which is a clinic with two practicing doctors, one of which is Dr. Raboteau, was relatively new and just starting up. At first Dr. Raboteau’s care of me as a patient was caring and attentive, however, about three months ago, Dr. Raboteau’s care of me as a patient began to decline. I was dealing with a severe, chronic, and often painful medical condition, which required me to make several visits to see Dr. Raboteau for help and her diagnosis, and I had to make two additional visits to the ER. Dr. Raboteau failed to order a key diagnostic test, namely an abdominal ultrasound, but which would have detected a growing problem in one of my major internal organs. Her oversight led to a delay in my diagnosis and treatment. For this important reason, I would not recommend Dr. Shauna Raboteau as a doctor.
