unprofessional and unorganize

This companys so unprofessional and unorganize. manager and medical record office is unprofessional and very much rude!!!! i have been going at this for months, MONTHS!! manager was so rude and have been avoiding my calls and do not call back I left lots of messages for her to return my calls and nothing no call and when i follow up on my records she is never in office -very ridiculous. The front desk girls are apologizing to me when it should be the manager apologizing to me or the person in charge of records for not doing her job. Having to wait over 4 months for medical records is unacceptable and lacks patient care. Dr is great but they need serious work in management and medical record area.
