I went with my spouse to her appointment. The doctor she saw was 45 minutes late, incredibly rude and obnoxious and when she asked him why, he said 'We are done' so we went to the front desk to request a different provider. We were told once we request a different provider we are dropped and not allowed to see anyone at their practice. We spoke to Nancy who didn't even ask what the problem was, simply said their policy was once you complain, etc. you are dropped and not allowed to see anyone else. They have a monopoly in the area, so you have to either allow them to treat you like crap or drive an hour away. Most medical practices have a patients rights info sheet... we were unable to locate one for them. Multiple reviews on Google have the same complaint. This is the first time my spouse has had a problem with a medical office so we were both shocked and certainly upset.
