Very poor scheduling, cancel on you, some staff at front desk are very rude and unprofessional, if you send a message in response to theirs they will change what you said (delete very appropriate responses to their canceling to make it look like your fault), if you have any questions you are accused of not knowing how to take your medication (that you've been on a long time, which most likely needs to be updated) Call whenever you need anything, but then please don't, it might take at least 2 or more weeks for us to get back with you, high turnover, condescending remarks.

Poor communication

They leave my child's med without refills between appointments and don't respond to the pharmacy. They will not contact parents about concerns for young children. The most confusing thing is they refuse to send info to a facility when someone is inpatient.
