Go to DMOS instead!
I would only recommend them to my worst enemy. FOUR hip surgeries at DMOS were a walk in the park compared to this one and for all the wrong reasons. My DMOS surgeon was a LOT better with pain management than my surgeon here. He has ZERO problems making me suffer because they don’t fully understand pain, how to treat it and that not every patient fits their charts. I have been reduced to crying for 1 of every 4 hrs for the majority of the last 3 months while they prescribed ever DECREASING pain meds.My surgeon and I agreed that my pain doc could take over my pain needs even though the increased pain didn’t exist until I woke up from surgery. However, when they did this office put up such an active fight that I was THEIR patient that my pain doc’s office didn’t feel comfortable treating me.Also… today I was diagnosed with a PINCHED SCIATIC NERVE caused by the surgery. I’m not mad because complications happen. I’m mad because of their NEGLIGENT aftercare and they ignored my pain.
