Can't pay my bill - Their Service Company refuses
We had an employee go to the emergency room and we ask for the documentation. We do internal review on all claims prior to processing. After 13 phone calls and 6 emails with no result. This happened over two months ago, no paperwork received and the employee received a bill-demand letter. I called to make the payment so it will not reflect on the patient and they refused to take the payment because they sent the bill to us (they have us down as the wc insurance) and the employee. Yes you read that right. However I can send a check but Steve is not sure if the check would get processed. Horrible service, asked for supervisor, Steve refused. I will refer all your medical needs to Unity Point here on out.
