They don't care
I called this clinic on 10/9 regarding just getting a simple letter from my doctor to allow me to get blood drawn for a medical reason. Now it is 10/19 and they still don't have me a letter to allow me to get the blood drawn. I expressed I had been feeling very sick because of the medical condition and was told 'we have you on the cancellation list' and said nothing could be done. I don't know how many calls I made trying to get help and was told well you can go to the emergency room, good grief all this and still no help.
