A family dental office should provide a welcoming environment that prioritizes patient care, but my experience at Lush Dental was regrettably lacking. One critical issue I encountered was discomfort during procedures. It is simply unacceptable for dental hygienists or dentists to place equipment on a patient’s mouth or rest their arm on a patient’s chest.Since it is a family-run practice, raising complaints can be particularly challenging, as it is often unclear whom to approach. This creates an atmosphere where patients may feel hesitant to voice their concerns. Moreover, I faced significant discrepancies between the quoted and actual costs. I was initially told that my procedure would cost $0.00, only to receive a shocking bill of over $400.00 afterward. This experience severely undermined my trust in the practice.
