CONSTANT RUN AROUND.
If there is a problem, they tell you to call. You call and it's a circus show. Can't talk to the nurses. They take a message and never answer when you call. They don't forward orders to labs or radiology. They tell you they sent the information but the lab or imaging has to call them for. They talk rude in Spanish abt the patients. Good providers. Horrible office staff

Avoid this place (Dr. Romney)
I wish there was an option for no stars! Dr. Romney canceled my appointment multiple times. He seems to be on vacation a lot, at least that’s what his nurses tell me. Front staff is very nice, but his nurses are rude and seemed rushed. He “seems” to care about his patients but doesn't treat his staff very nice, especially the ladies out front. I would choose another doctor if I were you. If this is how he treats his staff, I wonder what he says about his patients when they are not there. My advice is to find a doctor somewhere else!
