Came in for cataract surgery. Doc asked if I wanted distance vision or near vision but not both (even though she would not discuss another option that had both). From the day it was over I have NO near vision. Can't see hands or feet. Need glasses to cut vegetables in kitchen. Need glasses in the bath. No vision within 3 feet of me. She said, 'Oh just wear readers around your neck all the time. You'll be fine.' Showed no concern whatsoever. It will cost me over $5,000 cash to try and fix it and will need a different clinic. It's been a year, no improvement.

Post Falls Eye Clinic
I came in for shots in my eyes and Terri the tech was so professional and caring that she made me feel at ease with the procedure. I loved that she told me each step and the reason for the use of the eye drop! She took very good care of me. I hope I get her again when I have to come back in June!

Best in North Idaho
I have bragged up Dr. Smith and North Idaho Eye Institute through the whole process of my Lasix surgery. From the first consultation to the last post op appointment, all have been seamless. Elisha especially has been so caring and friendly answering any and every question I had. She is so professional and is with you every step of the way, including helping Dr. with the procedure. I highly recommend this team to anyone wanting Lasix. They live up to their five star reputation and have proven to be the BEST in the area.

Amazing!!
I'm a nurse at a skilled nursing facility. I've attended many appointments with residents and have had MANY terrible experiences specifically with local eye doctors. This office was terrific. My resident is wheelchair bound and has a hard time communicating and the staff were incredibly accommodating and creative to facilitate his exam and make sure that he felt heard and that the exam was accurate. Their kindness and patience was inspiring and greatly appreciated. Kristy was so kind and thoughtful and rose to the challenge to work with this resident and Dr. Calderwood was patient and so willing to work with us to find a way to communicate and facilitate the exam. Thank you!!

The nerve to charge for wasting 2 hr.s of my time. A cataract surgery visit can only work for that dr. The tests must be redone with the new one if u got the bad one .
