Prairie Family Medicine

My family of six (up until recently) has relied happily on Prairie Family Medicine for medical care for the last apx 15 years. We really appreciated the care that Dr. Snyder and his staff provided our family. That has all changed... (We still like our doctor ... just not the office/administrative staff) Unfortunately the practice was bought by another company several months ago. Since then the immense lack of patient care and communication has been horrendous! We use to be able to bring our kids in right away to be seen, now if we're lucky, it is days later. Since the change over, we have resorted to going to urgent care more often than our doctor due to the horrible waiting time for an appointment. Their office staff's communication skills are horrendous! They do not show professionalism or care towards their patients. The practice is nothing like the one Dr. Snyder built!

Doctor Snyders himself is great but good luck getting through the Great Wall of Klara (the app they use) and to the incompetent and rude front desk staff. I wasted 9 trips to the pharmacy (3 times on 3 occasions) over 6 months when my prescriptions were not filled or were sent to the wrong pharmacy despite confirmation on Klara.
