You people will not allow this review because it does not support your faulty image of a caring organization.My wife, who is 78, made an appointment to see Dr. X weeks ago. This appointment was for Tuesday, September the 10th. East Falls Internal Medicine contacted my wife a few days before her appointment and requested that her appointment be changed to another date because Doctor X had a conflict. She agreed and they changed the appointment to Wednesday, Sept the 11th for 3:00p.m. So today when we arrived at the front desk to check in at 3:16 pm, we were advised by the front desk occupant that Dr. X might not see my wife because we were late more that the 15 minutes allowed - a policy that we were not aware of - Sure enough, we were told that we would have to reschedule an appointment for another date and time - all because we were over the 'allowed' late time by 1 minute. More than once we have sat in the front office waiting for more than 30 minutes. We will never come back.
