They don’t do what they say they’re going to do, don’t respond to messages, don’t follow up at all, and the office staff treats you like you’re bothering them.

I went in today for a wellness check. 1 reception staff was masked, 1 wasn't. I was masked (and fully COVID vaccinated) as I have respiratory symptoms which I believe result from wildfire smoke in the valley AND masking is prudent. Unmasked staff member Bobbi updated my history. Upon deciding I have a breakthrough COVID infection, she rolled her eyes, slapped her hands against her thighs and verbally berated me for not calling in to triage my situation via phone. She also lectured me that getting vaccinated is a personal choice. PA Erstad then came in N95 masked, gave me an additional mask and Rxd meds. Several minutes later, Erstad advised me that all of Kaylor’s COVID tests were expired and couldn’t test me. I was referred elsewhere. Staff are not there to lecture patients on “personal choices” and treat them like lepers. ALL staff should be masked during a pandemic and the practice should have adequate COVID tests. It was an awful, frightening, unprofessional experience.
