Dr. Rebecca Osterkamp was the surgeon for my colonoscopy. She was very attuned to my wellbeing, visiting me before and after the procedure. She made sure she answered all my questions. The procedure was quick and painless and the facilities were very nice and hospital like.

really wanted to give this clinic 5 stars. I really dislike giving negative reviews but, the clinic shortcomings can’t be overlooked. The provider I saw Madeline Lewis was very kind, thorough and attentive during my visit. And the only reason for the 2 stars.The clinic shortcomings are: when booking my first appointment they wanted to schedule me for both a colonoscopy and endoscopy without me even being seen (tests I did not need)…. Strike 1. Next I have been waiting for a call back regarding an ultrasound that I have over 1 week ago…the test were read the same day at the imaging clinic I had the test done, the results sent to the clinic the same day and the imaging clinic had posted my results the very next day on the patient portal… yet no call from this clinic…. Strike 2. And finally I called the clinic and sent a message through the patient portal and after 3 days still no call, message or communication…. Strike 3Communication is poor to say the least.
