Completely incompetent office staff
I have been going to this office for many years now. With both Dr. Hansen and Dr. Ford. I've always been very impressed with both doctors and have recommended them to family and friends. Until now. There has been a recent change in office staff and now every task that they need to do gets messed up. Constant billing issues, scheduling issues, order and referral issues. Starting from 2 months before my surgery, to now - 1 month after, it is just issue after issue. The latest one being a massive billing error on a $6900 bill. In my lifetime I have never been around the level of incompetence that is the staff at this office. When my post-surgery care is done I will be finding a new doctor.
