Receptionist issue
I was having really bad allergies with sneezing, coughing, wheezing for several weeks and was hoping for an allergy test. Unfortunately the Post Falls receptionist didn't bother to check that the insurance card that was provided was covered under family plan. She kept mentioning the wrong insurance name and never admitted she made a mistake.
