Horrible Communication

My husband has been a patient there for years. He goes monthly for a maintenance shot. Was there last month and was fine. This month he calls and they informed him his dr. had left and that he couldn't see anyone else in the practice that he had to go to where the dr. went. Would have been nice had they communicated that with him last month or at least send a letter about this. Horrible communication skills!
