This office doesn’t care about their patients AT ALL!! Just like another reviewer said if you call and need an emergency visit they do not care they will not make the time for you. The receptionists most of the time treat you like you don’t matter at all and you’re basically wasting their time. I’ve been calling about my medication refill for weeks and every time the pharmacies call me to tell me they can’t fill it because they’re told by this office that I have to come in because they won’t fill but yet I was in their office 3 weeks ago. Plus i’m immune compromised and have been sick since they forced me to go into their office and yet I’ve still not been able to get my refill. They never put you with the same provider, however then they always ask who is your provider and get mad when you tell them you don’t know. Well how am I suppose to know if I’ve never seen the same doctor twice. This is one of the biggest reasons that there are so many miscommunications! DO NOT GO HERE
