I came here hoping for compassionate, supportive care, but was met with condescension, arrogance, and disregard. I paid for a preconception visit where my concerns were brushed aside and nothing advertised was actually delivered. Later, during early pregnancy, I was spoken down to and treated as if my legitimate concerns didn’t matter — not just by staff, but by a leader when I shared direct feedback about my experience. The tone was cold, superior, and entirely lacking empathy. If you have a complex history or simply want to be listened to and respected, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I left feeling unheard and invalidated — and have since found a provider who truly listens and cares. This is not a place I would trust for pregnancy, birth, or any stage of reproductive care.
