The Security Therapy aids are violent, the doctors are over-medicating the clients. My brother has been at the Maximum Security Chester Mental Health Center for over 30 years. He is being starved, battery acid was thrown at him while in the shower. I send my brother money orders but he doesn't receive and doing conversary he is told that he doesn't have anything in his account.
