I've never had a worse experience dealing with staff and clinicians (Fatima, Christina, and Dr.Klingbeil). The staff is rude, dismissive, and relies on patients to provide all details despite having the information in their notes. Dr.Klingbeil missed my telehealth appointment which I waited on for 2 hours and when I followed up the staff said I was a no-show (despite being on the telehealth site the entire time). I had to be the one to follow up about meeting for my consultation which took place for 12 minutes on the phone between dr.Klingbeil's previously scheduled appointments (like an after thought) and my insurance and I were billed $200 (we did not review medical history on this call).While I found the call with Dr.Klingbeil informative, she shared with me that to move forward with surgery she would have to schedule another appointment at the system she would be operating out of ahead of the surgery.
