Cancellation Fee

Josh from this office left a message in their app for me of what the appointment would be. This was sent out 1 hour prior to the cancellation grace period. The appointment was made almost 4 months ago. Josh stated that cancellation fee was required since the cancellation was not made 24 hours before. Also, to be clear the “reminder” was instructions on how to log into the session and not an actual reminder. Unfortunately, this practice only cares about the money and not the health of their patients.
