I have been going to Dr. Gilleran for more than 30 years. I had been going to other dentists but they were not helping me. I had many dental issues, some quite advanced. Dr. Gilleran worked quickly and expertly to restore my dental health, and to this day, I credit her and her staff for helping me keeping my beautiful smile! Her practice stays abreast of new developments in the field and offers the very best care. My entire family goes to this practice because they take such good care of you!

My longtime dentist retired and recommended his former colleague Dr. Schwab, who had joined the Choices in Dentistry practice, as did a hygienist Maida. I am pleased that the transition has been seamless and the quality remained excellent. The office is in a landmark building at Michigan & Washington, and is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the train stations. The location also provides an opportunity to visit (the former) Marshall Fields State Street store, the world-class Art Institute and Millennium Park.

Quick response to patient concerns with a compassionate, expert, and holistic approach. I had a couple of emergency concerns, and I was able to see the dentist the same day or soon after. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The dentists, technicians and support staff are outstanding. Whether having a routine cleaning or a cavity filled, everyone is exceptionally professional and accomodating to the patients' needs. No matter what questions a patient has, they are answered as thoroughly as possible in a manner that a patient can easily understand. Also, appointment times are adhered to quite well and prompt. Waiting times are very rarely more than 5-8 minutes. It's a well run dental practice with professional, experienced and courteous staff.

From Therese's warm reception to Tara's proficient yet humble expertise on the treatments to Dr. Gilleran's concise and prudent consultation. I had a wonderful experience as a first-time patient at this office. The transfer from my previous dentist was seamless. I even received a hand-signed welcome letter in the mail a couple of weeks before my first appointment.
