They do not send you your bill, even after I requested it. Then the office manager called yelling and threating to send me to collections, as I tried to explain I phoned them for my bill she would not hear it and continued to yell, perhaps she was wanting me to give her my credit card info? I don't know. I have been going to dermatologists once a year for the past 40 yrs. all routine visits now Dr. E. Farenbach wants me to return in 6 months for what? a routine visit. I will not return to this practice nor ever recommend her.
