Very rude
Very rude in un compassionate people. This was a couple months ago but I was finelly fed up. Made me start to look elsewhere. Bad experience by booking appointment. I was forwarded to the manager and she was terrible and sterile. Truly cold and did not care at all. No compassion 0 out of 10. Moving my care to northwestern

Very professional, helpful and patient
Dr Osher is wonderful and her medical assistant Danielle is so amazing. Had spoken with Danielle numerous times on the phone with issues my husband was having with CPAP and she always helped and actually called us back when she said she would. That in itself is so rare and when you get that call you know she really wants to help and she did. Just can't thank her enough for her help! It meant alot to us!
