Oak Street Health Edgewater management and welcome coordinators are rude incompetent and Unprofessional. Management,supervisor and staff are rude and Unhelpful. Scheduling an appointment with Oak Street Health Edgewater is like pulling teeth. If you get lucky, they will schedule an appointment for you but two month later you'll find out that your appointment was cancelled. I've called them twice to confirm my appointment but they have cancelled it anyway. Arrived there on time just to find out that my appointment was cancelled. It was very difficult to schedule an appointment with them. The management team did NOT apologies to me. Managers and staff are rude and disrespecting to patients. Managers and staff who work at the Oak Street Health Edgewater do NOT care about their patients.They are all about money. They seat at their office all day long doing nothing watching patients suffer. I have reported Oak Street Health Edgewater to a higher authority because this has to STOP!
