Where do I begin? I went in to get a spot checked on my face. The doctor was very welcoming and accommodating, however, when I got the bill, it was over $325. I was shocked! I called billing to ask questions on why it said I was an “level 3 patient” and the woman was so incredibly rude to me. I asked to speak to the manager before I got even more upset. The manager called me back the next day to tell me that they didn’t charge me that amount, but my insurance did! I told him that is not how insurance works and he kept telling me that story. He told me he would try to see what he could do and he would call me back…3 weeks later, I didn’t get a call back but I received another $300+ bill after insurance. I am extremely disappointed with how everything was handled. I feel very taken advantage of. I do have to say Dr. Kollmann took the time to call me and text me back when I couldn’t afford another visit. I really liked her, it wasn’t her fault how I was billed or how I was treated after
