I have requested that my medical records and referral be sent to an outside specialist for over 2 months now and Raby is unable to fulfill this simple request. I've called multiple times, and stayed on hold for long periods of time to no avail. At first they lost the request, then they were sure they sent it, then they finally sent the referral but forgot the records. I am through with being a patient with Raby. I would not recommend Raby Institute if you seek medical care.
