Zero Regard For Their Patients
Uropartners has zero regard for their patients. I tried booking an appointment online, where it advised I would be contacted within 48 hrs. That never happened. Then I tried calling, only to continually get voicemail, so I left a message and was advised my call would be returned by end of day. That never happened. After I finally got an appointment by repeatedly calling and had my visit, I received a bill and was charged $300 for a new patient fee. I have been examined by this doctor several times. Apparently, their policy is if you haven't been in 3 years, you're a new patient. Am I supposed to just pretend I've never met the man? That I've never sat in their waiting room? One of the first things the doctor asked during my visit was if I was still taking the medication he had last prescribed me. New patient indeed! Based on principle, I do not recommend Uropartners. I will pay the ridiculous bill and take my business elsewhere. A money grab plain and simple.
