Terrible treatment

Dr. Neubauer was unprofessional, he didn’t ask pertinent questions or offer guidance on my recovery. He rolled his eyes at me and seemed exasperated as I tried to explain the timeline of my illness and symptoms. He was literally backing out the door the entire appointment. I received no reassurance, explanation of my condition, or guidance going forward.
