Our poor baby has been sick since 3 am Wednesday morning so we canceled his dr appointment in chesterfeild that day and jared my husband took him to gateway urgent care here in glen carbon only for that nurse practitioner to tell jared oh he’s just teething and that was why he had a fever mind you at the time his fever was 101.1 they did test him for rsv/covid/and the flu all negative checked both of his ears and said no ear infection but I knew something else was wrong so this morning when I was getting ready for work and I woke Kevin up he was still burning up his whole body and was shaking so jared came home and we took him to the maryville er where a pediatrician saw him and low and behold his left ear has a bad infection and he has a viral cold on top of that yes I know teething can cause a fever but I knew that was to high bc when they did a rectal in the er it was 103.8 he has antibiotics now thankfully but it pisses me off to no end that they didn’t catch that jared said he fel
