The reason why I am rewriting my review is because the office did not notify me before my doctor left the practice and office's failure to respond to my insurance in a timely fashion. To explain what happened, my doctor had increased my medicine and my insurance wound up needing some paperwork filled out to cover the medication. The office did not respond to my insurance. I know because I got a denial letter almost a week later in the mail stating the denial was due to no response. I FINALLY received a call after my insurance faxed them paperwork a 2nd time. This is when the office decided to tell me my doctor left the practice and I can get in with any of their doctors for the following week. When I asked why hasn't the office called to notify me before he left "We have procedures and policies and we cannot talk about it" ... like what? This should have NEVER had happened in the first place and I have lost all trust in this facility and will be seeking out care elsewhere.
