Dr Tyler Conway & Nurse Practitioner
I have had Basal Cell’s periodically pop up the last 25 years. The first was bad because prior dermatologist had said it was eczema- turned out he was very wrong. I had to get cut four times and was at the Mohs surgeon for 8 hours. Almost lost my eye brow nerve and needed a skin grafting. Dr Horton (Mohs Surgeon) did the surgery. Thru the years I proceeded to find four on my face, 2 on my arms and 2 on my legs, five on my back. I would just go in for biopsies. I ended up going to Dr Bangash for the fifth basal cell on my jaw to ear area. He did a great job, no complaints. I hadn’t been to the office in years but I had a few areas I wanted biopsied. Dr Conway stated no, just an age spot. I insisted for the biopsy. It was pre-cancer. I scheduled to go in with the NP to freeze it, I told her what happened she had the exact attitude. I will not be go back where I have to beg for a biopsy- given my history. Rude and I didn’t matter. What’s happening with the newer medical professionals?
