Office Staff Unhelpful
BEWARE. I loved Charlote Glenn, but she left the practice. I was willing to give another one of the doctors a try, but my experience with the office manager has been so bad, that I cannot stay. I had a billing issue and have waited months for assistance. After multiple times contacting the office, my insurance company told me today it is too late, and the charge cannot be adjusted. Called the office today, and they told me they are short-staffed and have put billing on the backburner. I understand and have been overly patient- but waiting months without a response or attempt to help has resulted in me paying my own medical bills, and this is completely unacceptable.
