Money hungry Orthodontist!!!
This office only cares about how much money they can milk out of you! Please find a place that actually cares about your concerns. Don't think they will honor any guarantees they offer you! Make sure you get everything in writing or they will take full advantage of you! Unfortunately, I spent a lot of money here for braces and I chose them for their 100% smile guarantee program. Where it states on their website that if you EVER need braces again after a full treatment they would replace the braces free of charge, just a nominal fee for adjustments. Well, if you ever need to use that guarantee, they will deny ever even having one! Then they'll try to trick you into paying for another treatment. If you say anything about it they will drop you as a patient. Another review spoke about the fake reviews and I agree. I do believe they fake a lot of their reviews in order to look better than the service they provide. Please go to a better orthodontist. This one only cares about the bucks!
