Like the previous reviews indicate the office manager is a terrible human being. I've been with Dr. Chokshi for 15 years and never had any issues. However after dealing with this incompetent man who "runs" the office I'm forced to find a new doctor.

Sadly after 15 years with Dr Chokshi (or Chandiwala, not sure which) I’ve seen the light. I’ve put up with 80% of my appointments over those years being late (very late) yet she stated I missed 3 appointments since 2018??! She has had some professional and well-trained staff over the years, but I cannot say that for her now office manager, Ringu or something like that. His rude and unprofessional manner should never be tolerated or acceptable. After billing issues that I was told were taken care of by her staff, he later said were for something else. Not sure if his ethics or practices are legit but it’s way past time to get out and find a professional office!
