Collection Activity on Substandard Care
After being brought to ER with chest pains a person from Apollo visited me while in I was distressed and unable to make decisions. My chart was mixed with another patient's and I was wrongly admitted, subjected to tests, and given unnecessary medications. NWM realized the error and absolved me of any charges and apologized for the substandard care. Apollo claims medical records management, admissions, and discharge services were provided and insists on their payment. All other services from this terrible night have been dismissed. Apollo now threaten collection action even after reviewing the apology letter from NWM. Given a choice I would never work with this company.
