Please Do Not Visit Dr. Khalsa at This Practice
My experience with Dr. Khalsa at Lansing Foot and Ankle in July of 2024 was very much disappointing. I visited Dr. Khalsa regarding an ingrown toenail issue, but the legal standard level of care was, unfortunately, not met.To begin, she didn't address all my concerns. It took another Podiatrist at another practice to listen to me which probably saved my life, literally. Secondly, it took three days for her to send me an antibiotic (post-visit), despite my calling numerous times a day for the antibiotic. When she finally did send it in, she prescribed me an antibiotic that I clearly told her I was allergic to. I'm extremely disappointed in her level of care. This series of oversights has caused me significant distress and inconvenience, which I hope encourages improvements in patient care and attention to detail.
